Ingredients
serves 20 Ingredients: 3Tbs oil 1.2kg skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced 3 onions, sliced 3 red peppers, sliced 3 green peppers, sliced 1 sachet Schwartz for Chef Tex Mex Recipe Mix 20 flour tortillas
Preparation method
Method: 1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken and onion over a high heat for 10 minutes, until the chicken is browned 2. Stir in the peppers and Tex Mex Recipe Mix and fry for a further 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally 3. Divide filling between the tortillas, place in the centre of each, roll up and serve.
