Chicken and Avocado Pitta Pockets

Makes 10 Pittas Ingredients 300g (10½oz) cooked chopped chicken 300g (10½oz) diced avocado 200g (7oz) MAGGI Multi-Use Tomato Sauce with Mixed Peppers 250g (9oz) mixed salad leaves 10 pitta breads 20 fresh basil leaves

Preparation method

Method In a small bowl, toss the chicken and avocado in the tomato sauce. Cut a pitta bread in half to make 2 pockets. Stuff each with a little lettuce and 30g (1oz) of the chicken mix. Stuff a fresh basil leaf into each pocket and serve. Tips: This filling is ideal to roll in a flour tortilla to make a wrap or stuffed in a crusty roll such as ciabatta or French stick.
