Carte D’Or Raspberry and Mango Slush

Ingredients

Servings: 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes Freezing time: 2-3 hours 170g fresh or frozen raspberries 2 scoops Carte D’Or Mango sorbet 350ml sparkling water Sugar to taste if needed Adult version - 2 tablespoons liqueur e.g. peach schnapps, optional

Preparation method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. 2. Pour into dishes or a container and place in freezer until firm but not solid. Stir every hour to even up the freezing process. 3.
