40ml carrot juice 20ml ginger and lemongrass cordial 35ml Bombay Sapphire Gin

Preparation method

Method Place the carrot juice, ginger and lemongrass cordial and Bombay Sapphire Gin in a Boston Glass and mix well. Strain the mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with the baby carrot. Coctail by Gustavo Bertolucci, Head Barman at the Pearl Restaurant & Bar
