Ingredients

100ml organic carrot juice 50ml peach nectar 10ml fresh orange juice 20ml ginger and lemongrass cordial A baby carrot for garnishing

Preparation method

Method Place the carrot juice, orange juice, peach nectar and ginger and lemongrass cordial in a Boston glass and shake well. Strain the mixture into a bamboo glass. Garnish with the baby carrot. Coctail by Gustavo Bertolucci, Head Barman at the Pearl Restaurant & Bar
