Ingredients
Portions: 10 tartlets 200g CreaVite Fraiche 10 tartlet cases, cooked Salt and pepper 25g cheddar cheese, grated 150g red onion finely sliced and caramelised
Preparation method
Heat CréaVite Fraîche to 85°C, season to taste. Stir in cheese. Divide red onion between cases, reserving some for decoration. Divide CréaVite Fraîche mixture between tartlet cases. Brown under grill. Decorate with red onion. Recipe supplied by: CréaVite
