Boston Baked Beans Jacket Potato Filling

Makes approx. 10 x 180g (6½oz) portions Ingredients 1.25kg (2lb 12oz) MAGGI Multi Use Tomato Sauce with Spring Vegetables 4tbsp honey 1½tbsp wholegrain mustard 1½tbsp Worcestershire sauce 500g (1lb 2oz) rinsed and drained, canned red kidney beans 300g (10½oz) rinsed and drained, canned mixed beans 2 bay leaves small handful freshly chopped parsley or 1tbsp dried

Preparation method

Method In a deep, ovenproof dish, mix together the tomato sauce, honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the beans and bay leaves. Cover tightly with foil. Cook in an oven preheated to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 1½ hours, stirring halfway through. Stir the parsley into the beans before serving.
