Ingredients

Lean mince beef with added beef heart seasoned and shaped into beefburgers Serve the burger in a burger bun, with tomato & sweetcorn and some mini corn on the cobs Ingredients • Brakes Healthier Choices Lean Mince with Heart (2kg) • Brakes Onions (240g, diced) • Tomato Paste (80g) • Brakes Healthier Choices Sliced Wholemeal Bread (2 slices) • Brakes Garlic (2-3 cloves, diced) • Brakes Flat Leaf Parsley (20g, chopped) • Brakes Dijon Mustard (4 tsp) • Lea & Perrins (4 tbsp) • Brakes Plain Flour (for dusting) Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes Oven Temperature: 190C, Gas Mark 5

Preparation method

Method Using a food processor combine all ingredients together and shape into burgers weighing approximately 80g each and dust in flour. Place on a lightly greased baking tray and brush a little oil on top of each burger. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190C, Gas Mark 5, for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
