Advance Preparation Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/375ºF/Gas 4. Method 1. Cook the sausage's on either a BBQ or griddle until golden and thoroughly cooked. 2. Decant the Knorr Garde D'or Demi Glace Sauce into a suitable pan and place over a medium to high heat. Bring to the simmer nd reduce by 1/3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through. 3. Remove Sausages from the grill and place into a bowl, pour over the glaze and mix well. 4. Serve the sausages centre of plate with a drizzle of the glaze ove the top.
