No. of portions 10 Ingredients 1.5kg Sausages 600ml Knorr Garde D'or Demi Glace Sauce 30ml Honey, runny 30ml Colman's Dijon Mustard 30ml Knorr Garlic Herb Puree 30ml Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation method

Advance Preparation Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/375ºF/Gas 4. Method 1. Cook the sausage's on either a BBQ or griddle until golden and thoroughly cooked. 2. Decant the Knorr Garde D'or Demi Glace Sauce into a suitable pan and place over a medium to high heat. Bring to the simmer nd reduce by 1/3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through. 3. Remove Sausages from the grill and place into a bowl, pour over the glaze and mix well. 4. Serve the sausages centre of plate with a drizzle of the glaze ove the top.
