Serves 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: Under 15 minutes Ingredients: · 450g/1lb Quality Standard beef mince · 15ml/1tbsp ground coriander · 5ml/1tsp ground cumin · 2.5ml/½ tsp ground cinnamon · 2.5ml/½ tsp ground allspice · 1.25ml/¼tsp ground cayenne pepper · 1.25ml/¼tsp ground ginger · 30ml/2tbsp finely chopped onions · 30ml/2tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley · Rock salt, to season
Method: 1. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. 2. Add the onion, parsley and mince. Season and mix well. 3. Mould into four evenly shaped burgers, cover and leave to set in the fridge. 4. When set cook on a prepared barbecue for 6-8 minutes on each side. 5.
