Available now in 85g portions, they take just 10 minutes to cook from frozen.
Young’s foodservice director, Adrian Greaves, said: “(Young’s) listened to customers who asked for a new take on our breadcrumb. The wholemeal cod portions are a great source of protein and have a higher fibre content due to the 100% wholegrain wheat flour used in the breadcrumb.
“We understand the challenges caterers face when creating a varied menu, and our wholemeal cod portions provides the perfect solution for including something different, without straying too far from the traditional breaded fish dishes children know and love.”
