Abstract
The new versions of Williams top of the range Jade refrigerated counters are ‘best in class’ when it comes to energy efficiency.

These counters have a compact footprint for greater installation flexibility and can be customised to fit various applications.

Key features include the CoolSmart controller, which reduces energy consumption by running only when necessary, and a capacitive touchscreen that displays clear visuals for easy monitoring. The touchscreen is also IP55-rated, making it water- and dust-proof.

The Jade counters use a natural refrigerant, offering low GWP and zero ODP, making them an environmentally friendly choice. They are designed to operate efficiently in temperatures up to 43°C, tested to Climate Class 5.

Customisation options are vast, including raised pan holders, cut-out wells, drawers instead of doors, and various counter heights. Models are available in three sizes (two, three and four-door), with capacities ranging from 317 to 622 litres, all designed to accommodate 1/1 GN shelves.

The counters' reduced footprint makes them ideal for kitchens with limited space, with no ventilation gaps needed due to their front-breathing refrigeration system. Noise levels have been significantly reduced, providing quieter operation, which is ideal for open-plan kitchens.

The two-door JC2 has a noise reduction of 13 dBA compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the counters have superior storage capacity, with the two-door model holding 186 litres and the three-door model holding 280 litres.

With a durable build for tough kitchen environments, easy-to-remove shelving for cleaning, and an attractive design, the Jade counters are both functional and visually appealing. Prices start at £4,370 for the JC2 refrigerator, matching those of previous models.
