Abstract
Lamb Weston has launched a further development in its range to include four new “vibrant and tasty” French and Swiss cheesy bites, ideal as an appetiser, side dish or even bar snack.
Created using a golden crispy coating, the range includes Golden Gouda Sticks, Camembert Mini Melts, Goat Cheese Medallions and Cheese Wedges with Swiss Style Gruyère flavouring. Coming in 1kg packs of at least 44 frozen bites, they fry in just two and a half minutes or bake in 12−15 minutes.
