Nestlé Professional has unveiled an innovative new extension to its Maggi range.
The new Liquid Concentrated Fonds in chicken, beef, mushroom, vegetable and Asian flavours deliver the ultimate ‘boost’ to all cuisines. They can be added at all stages of the cooking process for soup, casserole, risotto, sauces, stir fry, salad or marinade.
Head of food Susan Gregory, said: “Our culinary aids aim to bring out the best in fresh and natural ingredients, helping caterers put more flavour in every dish. These Fonds, taking this a step further with an ease of application and versatility, can be used for a wealth of purposes. With culinary creativity, there is no limit to the number of uses of this product.”
