Abstract
For a flavour of the deep south, caterers are being encouraged by Flagship Europe to serve up its Harvest Spicy Southern Fried Chicken Fillet.
The company says its chicken breast fillet, which is coated in a spicy southern-fried crumb, comes frozen and ready to bake as and when needed.
The 150g fillets are packed in cases of 60, and serving suggestions are available online.
