Abstract
Santa Maria Foodservice has extended its range of street food flavours with six new spice mixes and four sauces alongside its new ‘Streat at-home’ meal kit concept.

The new street food range joins Santa Maria’s existing street food products, and includes flavours developed from Santa Maria’s insight into the out-of-home consumer market.

The ‘Streat at-home’ meal kit concept has been designed for B&I contract caterers, allowing operators to offer meals with a street food twist to take home.

Eimear Owens, country sales manager, UK & Ireland, Santa Maria Foodservice, said: “Thanks to street food, the demand for world spices is booming. The challenge for B&I operators is how to deliver the flavours consumers want to stay ahead of the high street. With Santa Maria’s street food range, operators know that they’re using products developed from unique consumer insight.”

·  New York City pickling spice mix

·  Seoul Style Kimchi spice mix
