MKN has launched its unique steam condensation technology HoodIn, saying that it raises the bar in professional cooking equipment.

A traditional or self condensing hood is no longer necessary for the innovative unit – offering a wide range of benefits for caterers.

Wayne Bennett, UK projects director for the German equipment manufacturer, said: “With safety, hygiene and excellent value all vital to caterers, we have developed this new integrated system for use in our hi-tech combi-ovens, HansDampf Compact and Junior.”
