Abstract
              Restaurant and pub operators can reduce the volume of glass bottle waste by as much as 85% with the Metcalfe Bottle Disintegration Unit, making light work of beer, wine and spirit bottles. 
          And no empties means more stock space and a cleaner environment.
Metcalfe says that it takes just seconds, to simply turn the machine on and push a bottle down the feed chute for it to be crushed with a multi-level baffle system leading to minimum noise. Its compact design means the BDU fits easily under the bar or counter.
