Pidy reinvents the vol-au-vent for Christmas

Pastry specialist Pidy has created a large star-shaped vol-au-vent to help caterers “add a sense of celebration to any Christmas menu.”

Homage to the traditional bite-sized canapé, it comes ready-to-fill with either sweet or savoury, hot or cold fillings and can be used as a starter, main or dessert.
