Parry claims its HOT12BM mobile bain-marie-topped electric hot cupboard is packed with useful features, including space-saving sliding cabinet doors. Like all Parry-branded products, it comes with a 24-month warranty.
Made of stainless steel and double-skinned, the unit is ideal as a servery trolley for buffets and events. The under-cupboards can warm up to 360 plates on sectioned shelving or can be used to hold food ready for service, while the bain-marie top can be used wet or dry, accommodating three full-size Gastronorm pans.
It measures 1,200×650×900mm and comes with options for a single or double gantry, and tubular tray slides.
