Hospital caterers can enjoy fresh innovation from healthcare meals provider apetito, which has launched nine brand-new dishes. The new dishes include items from the allergen free range such as cottage pie, butterbean & cauliflower curry and vegan tomato soup.
Others in the range include vegan root vegetable pie, leeks in cheese sauce, root vegetable medley, apple crumble, salmon tagine and lemon & orange pudding. Stone-baked and ready topped with Italian tomato sauce and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, it allows the operator to customise with additional toppings to extend choices on the menu.
