Abstract
Country Choice has increased its savoury bakes range with two new flavours inspired by Morocco and Mexico.
The new Moroccan style bean bake is a spicy medley of tomato, mixed peppers, haricot and butter beans, date and dried apricot filling, all wrapped in a spice and herb topped puff pastry.
The chicken fajita bake is filled with tender chicken, red onion, tomatoes and mixed peppers, topped with spicy breadcrumbs.
The two 174g products packed 36 to a case, bring the range of year-round savoury bakes to 15, all of which made with crisp, golden puff pastry, and easily identified by their unique toppings and/or cut marks.
All can be baked from frozen at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes and have a shelf life of four hours once hot.
