Abstract
The extra-capacity Montague Legend Overfired Broiler from Gamble Foodservice Solutions’ has been launched.
The new heavy-duty broiler can reach temperatures as high as 1372ºC (2500ºF) and features a flame failure system. The new ‘E’ Series broiler is CE approved and places an emphasis on increased grill speed and product quality.
The broiler incorporates Radiglo, an infrared radiant heat from the 42,000 BTUs/hr cast iron burners with ceramic radiants which expose all surfaces of meat and vegetables to the heat waves.
Available as a single or double broiler and with a standard, convection or warming oven, caterers also have the option of a stainless steel exterior and cabinet base. The Montague Legend Overfired Broiler also has removable chrome plated cooking grids for easy cleaning.
