The new marinades range is certified as gluten free by Coeliac UK and comprises four flavours – Maple & Chilli, Mediterranean, Mexican and Shawarma. The marinades have been developed to meet the 2024 salt guidelines when used at recommended usage, so are suitable for education catering.
Students will be able to enjoy a varied, interesting menu; from limited edition choices, to regular favourites. School caterers can use the new products to create pop ups, inspired by regions from around the world – great for theme days.
Developed for butchery, meat processing and foodservice, the new range of products offers premium quality marinades which deliver in terms of visual appearance, depth of flavour and functionality.
