Middleton Foods to launch new products at HRC 2023

Manufacturer of foodservice and bakery pre-mixes Middleton Foods will launch its ‘innovative’ range of new culinary glazes at this year’s HRC exhibition on stand H761.

The new glazes include katsu curry, tex mex and tikka methi masala varieties. Alongside the new glazes will be the recently launched gluten free vegan burger mix, as well as other gluten free products; including breadings, coatings and seasonings.

With demand for gluten free foods continuing to grow, caterers can be assured of Middleton Food’s ‘dedication and commitment to food quality, safety and responsibility’ as they cater for an increasing number of consumers who have specific dietary requirements.

Middleton Foods’ main site and bespoke gluten free production facility both achieved the highest possible AA+ certification in unannounced BRC Global Standards (BRCGS) and Gluten Free Certification Program (GFCP) Audits for Food Safety.

Luke Stanesby, development chef at Middleton Foods, will be on the stand live cooking to showcase a variety of products.
