Creed Foodservice will be showcasing the latest dish concept to be launched as part of its Kitchen ’72 school catering solution, developed with support of Phil Vickery MBE DL, former rugby international and Celebrity MasterChef Winner.
Mirroring vibrant street food-style formats seen on the high street, Kitchen ‘72 offers a flexible all-in-one meal solution, which can be adopted in existing canteens, or rolled out as a moveable kiosk format during busy lunchtimes.
The latest recipe solution, Curried Away, sees marinated tandoori chicken paired with a range of new curry sauces – Korma, Tikka Masala and Madras – served alongside fluffy rice.
There is also a vegan option – Vegetable Jalfrezi. Completely allergen-free and meeting school compliancy criteria, the concept joins All Wrapped Up and Peri Pockets – Kitchen ’72’s existing solutions, which feature over eighty protein options and eight fierce world flavours.
Creed’s team of development chefs, education experts and insights specialists will be on hand to support attendees on the stand.
School food providers can register to attend the LACA School Food Show free of charge.
