Ever-increasing overheads and a desire to minimise energy consumption has led to a number of innovative changes within foodservice.
Warewashing manufacturer Wexiodisk feels that few have been as bold and pioneering as its “super-efficient, revolutionary”, WD-6 Duplus, which uses just one litre of fresh water a cycle, up to four times less than other leading models.
Having achieved a majority market share in the Scandinavian market, Wexiödisk is turning its focus to the UK, where foodservice is looking to combat the negative effects the industry has on the environment. The company feels that the innovative features on the new Duplus unit are sure to be of significant benefit to caterers.
