Plusfood UK has extended its popular Hot ‘n’ Kickin’ range with the introduction of a new spicy Chicken Fillet, saying that it is a great way to add a little spice to menus and put fire in the customers’ bellies.
Made from quality chicken breast for maximum texture and taste, the new fillets are covered in a fiery Hot ‘n’ Kickin’ coating – the signature crispy coating, with a chilli ‘kick’. Each fillet is flash-fried, fully cooked and individually quick-frozen for improved convenience.
Ideal for caterers who want to cook freshly prepared menu choices to order, they are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and lactose, and can be cooked from frozen in as little as four minutes, if deep frying at 180°C or oven baked in 20 minutes at 220°C.
