Lincat, the UK’s leading manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, has added an electric solid top OE7015, to its Opus 700 range of heavy-duty equipment.
It is designed to provide the versatility and flexibility of a gas solid top for customers who, through choice or necessity, are looking for an electric option. The twin-fan-assisted oven brings speed, control and reliability to the all-electric kitchen.
“Electric ranges have grown in popularity in recent years due, we think, to the legal requirement for gas models to be positioned under powered extraction canopies fitted with an interlock, adding considerably to installation costs,” said Nick McDonald, marketing director.
