Vegetarian Burgers made from soya and wheat proteins, fried, deep frozen
The Vegetarian Burgers are made from soya and wheat proteins, with each pack containing 22 burgers. The shelf life of his product is 15 months but once defrosted use immediately and do not refreeze. The packaging claims to be a rich source of protein and a source of fibre.
The Deluxe Burger scored consistently well on all the criteria including taste, texture, ease of use, cost and overall quality. The Craft Guild of Chefs thought: “This burger kept nice and moist I like the colouring that came through once it was cooked and had a good flavour.”
