Independent foodservice brand Country Range has strengthened its seafood selection by adding frozen king prawns to the collection.
The new products are IQF frozen within hours of harvest and come raw. Other products in the country Range seafood portfolio include coldwater prawns, cod fillets and farmed Atlantic salmon portions.
Vasita Jantabutara, brand manager at Country Range, said: “King prawns are one of the most popular seafood lines for consumers and can be used in a number of different dishes including fragrant curries and flavoursome pasta dishes, as well as being delicious when simply grilled with garlic and chilli and served with a seasonal salad.
