Abstract
Foodservice supplier Flagship Europe has launched to new frozen chicken lines - the rosemary & buttermilk coated chicken breast and rosemary & buttermilk coated chicken breast goujons.
The 150g ready-to-cook chicken breast takes six to seven minutes to cook, and is packed 4 x 2.25kg with 15 breasts per case. Offering caterers multiple menu options, Flagship Europe recommends serving it as a centre plate item, in a burger bun with fries, or sliced and placed across a salad.
The 40g two-bite goujons can also be cooked from frozen in three to four minutes, and come in case of 2 x 2.5kg.
