Also, the Waffletops brand has been launched, which is a range of coated topped waffles aimed at the coffee sector as an alternative to muffins and cookies.
Managing director Jon White, said: “We have enjoyed great relationships across a number of sectors over the past few years, and feedback from our customers led us to look at the Waffle category.
“Drawing on our experience, we have created a range of sector specific products, including the Reduced Sugar Waffle which is the only School Compliant Waffle available to schools.
“Our core competencies now stretch across the Pancake and Waffle category, and we believe we will deliver significant growth for our customers in these areas, particularly with the flexibility we have to produce waffles of different sizes and flavours.
“Enjays produces everything in the UK, and with our existing relationships in Foodservice, we provide a compelling proposition to any Pancake and Waffle Buyer.”
