Abstract
The new bacon and cheese turnover from foodservice brand Country Range is designed to help caterers offer customers a “quick and tasty” handheld snack.
Suitable for breakfast, brunch or as an on-the-go snack, the new turnover is made from thick cut bacon, mature Cheddar cheese and wrapped in a light puff pastry.
Sold frozen in cases of 40 x 140g, it takes 30 minutes to cook from frozen.
Group Brand Manager, Vasita Jantabutara, said: “Breakfast, brunch and on-the-go food occasions are on the increase, and our latest launch is perfect for caterers looking to take advantage of this craze and offer their customers a quick but delicious handheld snack.
