Abstract
Foodservice provider Country Choice has expanded its ‘Extravagant Viennese’ pastry range with the launch of three new flavours: muesli and blueberry; triple chocolate; and raspberry cheesecake.
Made from an all butter pastry, each are sold as 95g portions and in cases of 60.
- Muesli and Blueberry Extravagant: muesli filling made with almonds, rolled oats, malted wheat flake, blueberries and topped with rolled oats
- Triple Chocolate Extravagant: white, milk and dark chocolate filling
- Raspberry Cheesecake Extravagant: New York cheesecake-style filling made with raspberries and a pink sugar topping
They have a two-day shelf life wrapped and one day unwrapped.
