Up until now, food waste has been a messy business and a significant cost to every caterer.
Now, thanks to the new Rendisk Flex WasteDispo system, those issues can be managed in a cost-effective manner with the environment, efficiency and hygiene at the top of the supplier’s list.
Mike Butt, managing director of Dawson Food Service Equipment, said: “This integrated system is capable of dealing with 700kg of food waste an hour, providing automated hygienic processing. We are very excited about its launch and the benefits it will bring. We all know it is becoming socially unacceptable to macerate food waste to drain.”
