Brakes adds two gluten-free and vegan desserts

Foodservice provider Brakes has launched two ‘fruity’ vegan and gluten-free desserts: the chocolate orange, and blackcurrant dessert.

The former is pre-cut into 14 slices and consists of a chocolate brownie base, chocolate and orange sauce filling, and is decorated with chocolate crumb.

 

The latter is cut into 24 portions and consists of a biscuit base topped with blackcurrant mousse and finished with a clear glaze.

 

Both desserts are suitable for gluten-free and vegan diets, and offer time-struck caterers a quick and convenient solution.
