Abstract
Public Sector Catering asked a professional chef with long experience in foodservice to put some of the latest plant-based products to the test.
Easy to follow instructions. Good pack size for caterers and easy to store. The pack size also is good for reducing waste - an excellent product. The taste was excellent - vegan friendly - served it with roast lamb and held well on plate - also did not mask flavour of meat.
