Abstract
Public Sector Catering asked a professional chef with long experience in foodservice to put some of the latest plant-based products to the test.
Lacked flavour and needed further seasoning; the texture was good and I was very impressed that it looked like flaked fish. I cooked them both under the grill and in the oven and personally liked the grill as it gave a better finish. Although the crumb browned, it was a bit soggy when cooked in the oven.
