The lemon brulee band features lemon flavour cream filling on a biscuit crumb base and finished with a brulee style topping; while the trio of chocolate mousse band is made up of dark, milk and white chocolate mousse, dusted with cocoa powder on top of a soft chocolate sponge.
Sold frozen and un-portioned, this offers caterers the chance to ‘premiumise’ with toppings of their choice and adapt serving sizes accordingly.
Trade marketing manager Paul Maxwell said: “These new desserts put caterers in the creative driving seat when it comes to perfect portion sizing and add-ons.
“Because they’re supplied frozen, they also cut wastage - meaning profits go back into the business and not in the bin.
“With flavour profiles at both ends of the scale – indulgent richness and light, zesty zing – and a number of serving options, we have caterers covered for all manner of occasions and consumer tastes.”
The new desserts are on promotion until the end of November at £29.97 for a case of three lemon brulees and £45.00 for a case of six chocolate.
