A Rainbow Cake launched in time to help celebrate the equality and inclusivity of Pride Month and a gluten free British blackcurrant and prosecco cheesecake in time for summer.
The limited-edition rainbow cake offers operators a pre-sliced cake with layers of orange, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry and blackcurrant sponges. Filled with a confetti frosting, coated in white frosting and finished with a ruby chocolate drip and topped with 100’s & 1000’s.

The fruity new bake takes a gluten-free biscuit base adding a creamy baked cheesecake, topped with a vibrant British blackcurrant & Prosecco glaze. Pre-sliced into 12 portions it is available now.
