The product is available in four flavours including banana, chocolate, strawberry and butterscotch.

The mousse flavours meet Government guidelines on sugar and calories, making them ‘school compliant’. The launch of the mousse will be supported by a recipe book to ‘provide inspiration’ to caterers alongside demonstration videos.
