Americana’s 6.5” Hot Dog Roll, Side Sliced (50g per piece) is a fully baked side sliced roll baked from white bread and the 4” Unseeded Burger Bun (50g per piece) is a fully-baked, fully sliced gourmet bun. Both products are:
- Baked using Americana’s signature sponge and sough technology in our Milton Keynes factory, using the highest spec BakeTech ovens.
- Baked using specially indented pans and trays to give a consistent shape and size.
- Pre-sliced to save precious time in the kitchen.
- Supplied frozen, so all operators need to do is thaw and serve within 1 hour to minimise waste and maximise quality.
- Registered with the Vegan Society and Halal certified.
- Conforming to the 2024 FSA salt level guidelines
