Abstract
YPO has released its allergen starter kit.
According to the brand, all the equipment kit is lilac so that it’s easily identifiable as items which can be used for different allergies.
It includes: bread knife, spatula, tongs, 2 storage containers, 8” knife and chopping board.
The kit can be made bespoke to suit each customer’s bespoke needs and says that it is 'excellent' value at half the price of other starter kits on the market.
