Abstract
Eight catering colleges from across Scotland and 100 students have been invited to attend the Zest Quest Asia Upskill Day on 30 November 2021.
The special guests include Cyrus Todiwala, executive head chef at Glasgow City College Gary Maclean, Cateys 2021 award winner Murray Chapman and executive pastry chef at The Balmoral Ross Sneddon.
