Young Pastry Chef of the Year calls for final entries

Abstract
Young pastry chefs have less than one month to enter the 2019 Young Pastry Chef of the Year, co-run by Master Chefs of Great Britain and Town & Country Fine Foods.

With the deadline set to close 4 February, the contest is open to pastry chefs under the age of 23 who must be actively working in a hotel/ restaurant kitchen, banqueting or within any corporate/event catering environment, or a college student.
