YO! Sushi wins food travel award for its Olso airport restaurant

YO! Sushi and SSP have won the ‘Best Self Service/Assisted Service Concept’ on for their Oslo Airport restaurant at the second global Airport Food & Beverage Conference and Awards hosted in Amsterdam.
Organised by The Moodie Report, and sister publication The Foodie Report, the award was presented in recognition of its success since opening in February 2012, Designed by UK based architects DGA, the cutting edge restaurant design effectively facilitates YO! Sushi's fast-casual model, serving 46 covers in an area less than 100 square metres but still providing flexibility of choice between a light-bite, a substantial meal or takeaway to be enjoyed in-flight. Robin Rowland, YO! Sushi CEO said: "It is a real honour to have been recognised with such a prestigious international award, especially with the particularly high standard of competition on display this year.
