Closing on 24th March, the competition aims to ‘inspire’ young people to make good choices every day in what they eat and do. Yeo Explore! focuses on encouraging children to eat well and ‘immerse themselves in the wonders of nature to help them flourish’.
To enter, primary school caterers simply need to visit www.yeo-explore.co.uk and explain in no more than 150 words what it would mean to win a day of adventure for their pupils. Everyone who enters will receive a free Seasonal Forest Finds handout that can be used in lessons.
Craig Dillon, head of sales, wholesale and foodservice at Yeo Valley Organic, said: “Through Yeo Explore! we are committed to helping as many pupils as possible benefit from exploring the wonderful outdoors.
“As a dedicated school partner, we understand the positive impact good nutrition and outdoor learning has on mental health, wellbeing and connecting with the world around us. We’re encouraging as many primary schools as possible to enter before the deadline and get outdoors with Yeo Explore!”
