Abstract
Cofresco Foodservice has been awarded the 'highest of accolades' from the Craft Guild of Chefs for its Wrapmaster range.

All four professional dispensing systems for cling film, baking parchment and foil were tested by the  association, earning 'top marks' and feedback from the chef panel.

Recent FPA Innovation award-winning Wrapmaster 3000, received an ‘A’ grade. The new Wrapmaster is just 30cm wide and developed for high volume users of film, foil, as well as baking parchment.  Chefs liked the Wrapmaster 3000’s ease of dispensing and refilling and the fact it “cut down on waste, fitting perfectly into gastro trays and covering small bowls.”

The Wrapmaster 4500 was also awarded a grade ‘A’. 21% smaller and 18% lighter than its predecessor, and easier to unlock, open and reload, the chefs 'couldn’t fault' the 45cm wide dispenser, which showed a considerable saving on foil, film and parchment per roll during the trials.

Adrian Brown, managing director at Cofresco Foodservice said: “The Wrapmaster range is developed by listening to chefs and their needs. To be graded so highly by the Craft Guild of Chefs means a great deal to our dedicated team and cements why so many chefs love and trust our dispensers.”

Also endorsed is the Wrapmaster Compact, with the smallest dispenser of the range receiving an ‘A’ grade. Ideal for mobile caterers and front-of-house, the chefs loved the ‘superb product’ and portability, with one tester placing an order for the Compact after the trial.

Andrew Green, chiefeExecutive of Craft Guild of Chefs said: “The scores have been checked and verified. I am pleased to say that all four [Wrap master] passed the endorsement process, to have three dispensers graded with an A is outstanding and highly unusual, it’s a very positive result.”

Finally, the Wrapmaster Duo which dispenses two types of material or can be used for large volume users of one material was awarded a ‘B’ grade. With the chefs describing it as a “great product, safe, hygienic and easy to use” with calls to develop a Wrapmaster Trio.
