Abstract
Workplace caterer, Dayer’s, has won three new contracts - becoming an exclusive supplier at CenturyLink, Lenovo and Kier’s Hampshire and Berkshire offices.

As well as operating the staff restaurant, coffee bar and event spaces at CenturyLink’s two Wokingham-based offices, it is now also an exclusive catering partner at both Kier Group and Lenovo (Basingstoke).

Providing locally sourced, regional produce wherever possible, Dayer’s said “provenance and sustainability are high priority as workplace catering is becoming increasingly driven by the desire for a more positive and productive lifestyle.”

It will serve hot and cold food at all sites throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and event hospitality.

Managing partner Dawn Wright said: “Dayer’s is thrilled to have extended its relationship with CenturyLink, and to take on the two new sites in Berkshire.

“Listening and understanding our clients is crucial to us before developing tailor-made, healthy food concepts for the workplace. This will continue at the new CenturyLink sites as well as Lenovo and Kier, who have just come on board.

“We also understand the client’s need for a high level of safety and hygiene and have always aspired to deliver to the highest standards.

“Every employee should feel happy and energised throughout the day. Food is much more than fuel for the day, it’s a lifestyle, and I’m proud that we are able to do what we can to improve the lives of others.”

Director of procurement at CenturyLink, Antony Briers, added: “Having a reliable source of great food that keeps our employees happy and healthy is paramount to our workplace ethos.

“We are therefore delighted to expand our partnership with Dayer’s across two additional sites, and are confident Dayer’s will deliver exactly what we are after.”
